
Bright Future Care Services has a robust process in place for receiving referrals from the Local Authority Placement Team, or Emergency Duty Team for out of hours emergencies. Please contact us for information around our referrals
Step 1
Placement Referral
Social services will provide us with a placement referral form enabling us to admit the young person to our home, following a risk assessment and matching of other residents within the home.
Step 2
Key Worker Appointment
If there is a place available at our home, a key worker is appointed who spends time with the young person to explore their areas of need and expectations of their new home.
Step 3
Home Induction Process
An induction process then begins, which can include visits to the home and a transition period to help the young person adjust to their new home.
