In partnership, we support our young people to devise their pathway plan, which is a legal requirement. Pathway planning helps the young person to understand their goals and aspirations for their future and how we can support them to achieve their goal within a reasonable timescale.
Key working sessions enables us to explore these areas of need, creating aspirations for their future and leading them to a pathway of ambition and success.

BFCS provides floating support for 18+ young adults. We provide an accommodation for them as we support them to develop their independent living skills. When it is assessed that they are ready to access their independent property, we support them through the housing process. We establish key working relationships with DWP and we support our young adults to attend their appointments, submit their housing application and bidding online to transition to their independent property. We undertake health and safety welfare checks to ensure a safe living environment, supporting their journey into independent living. Our reliable team provides flexible support that fits around each young person’s day-to-day schedule.
